Cups & Jars

Cups and Jars combines a refill shop, a delicatessen/ bakery and a café.
The range of food items on offer for refill include grains, pulses, nuts and pasta as well as herbs and spices. Also available are liquid cleaning products and shampoos. Customers bring their own containers to fill, or make use of the jars and bottles collected for re-use by the shop.
The shop sells organic fruit and vegetables, artisan cheese and charcuterie, and a variety of oils and vinegars, as well as wine. The sourdough bread and the pastries are baked locally. There is Epping Forest honey, and a range of goods from small local suppliers.
Other items sold include shopping bags made from recycled plastic, and wooden boards made from FSC accredited wood.
The café offers sandwiches, salads and soups, and coffee or tea and a selection of cakes. Goods from the shop, including fruit and vegetables that are not selling well or are approaching their ‘best before’ date, are incorporated into the café menu, so that very little is wasted.
