Cups and Jars stocks a wide range of loose dry goods as well as cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You can take your own container, or use a glass container that they have to give away.

Nuts
Seeds
Dried fruit
Spices
Oil

They also sell organic fruit and vegetables, and organic wine. There is a small cafe supplied with bread and cakes by the Wild Goose Bakery.
