Humble Origin

Humble Origin makes and sells biologically active mulch and compost from a zero waste ethos. All inputs are locally sourced and recycled. Currently considered ‘waste’ that otherwise would be exported from our local area. To be directly burnt in an incinerator, or indirectly burnt after turning it into biogas at an anaerobic digestion (AD) plant. Our approach is different, it is zero waste and regenerative. We sell the biologically active material we produce to the local community to restore local soils. Bringing back much needed soil biology, carbon, nitrogen and humic acids. We collect and deliver to your door, back garden or allotment with electric cargo bikes to minimise the impact on local road traffic.
