Did you know that we can lose most of the vitamins and minerals in fruit and vegetables through cooking?  When we eat ‘Live’ food (raw or just warmed) we get more of the vitamins, the enzymes and what raw foodists call ‘life force’, with benefits to our mental and physical health.

Many people have found that just making a shift to a diet containing 50% live food has helped them to balance weight, improve mental clarity, lift mood and boost energy. Eating this way can also save you money. Spend less money at the supermarket, less on fuel bills and less time in the kitchen!

There’s more to raw food than just chewing on carrots. Stephanie will show you how to make delicious savoury dishes and scrummy desserts. Taste the raw treats at the end of the workshop, including raw chocolate brownies and raw fruit tarts.
